Sharon’s Story
When I’m not working in finance, you’ll usually find me covered in paint/glitter, crafting something new, or hunting for forgotten treasures in a thrift store. I’m a lover of animals, fantasy worlds, nicknacks, and anything that sparks a little magic.
I’m the kind of person whose heart is happiest surrounded by furry friends and I’m a proud animal parent to 5 fur babies.
Renaissance festivals, audiobooks, and quiet moments in nature are my happy places. I’m so excited to bring all this color, creativity, and love into our next chapter together. I can’t wait to start this adventure with the person who makes life feel even more magical.
Brian’s Story
My head has always been full of stories of knights and armor, magic and beasts, lords and ladies. As an adult, that certainly hasn’t changed. Whether it’s an audiobook, a video game, or TTRPG, I’m always trying to find fun ways to spice up the world around me with my imagination.
I’ve had many chapters to my story so far. Some more exciting than others. I’m truly happy that we get to write our story together. Especially when we both want to fill it with wonder, mirth, and laughter.
Our Relationship
We met in 2017 when Brian came to work at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. We shared an office and commiserated over shared duties. We found a shared love of anime, medieval fairs, and most things nerdy.
We’ve had a fun time integrating our animals, building our new routines, and swapping stories. We both have a love for communication and supporting those around us.
Also, with our birthdays being November 5th and 7th, it just seemed fated that our anniversary should tie it all together.
